2018年12月17日起,CISSL职业清单正式生效,这份职业清单上大部分是建筑、工程、电子通讯类职业,技工、工程师偏多,对学历要求不高,技工类职业大部分要求职业资格证或大专,但工程师类职业要求本科工程学位,且要到新西兰工程师协会IPENZ做职业注册。职业在CISSL清单上的好处是申请工作签证的速度较快,且对工作经验要求不高,多为三年。

从12月17日起,原有的坎特伯雷职业清单将被废除。

从2018年12月17日起,新西兰将实施一个全新的职业清单Construction and Infrastructure Skill Shortage List,简称CISSL,翻译成中文是“建筑和基础设施职业短缺列表。适用于申请新西兰重要技术工作签证(Essential Skills Work Visa),允许申请人在新西兰工作最长5年,取决于新西兰公司雇佣你的时间。配偶和子女可随行到新西兰工作、学习和生活。


职业在此清单上的人申请新西兰工作签证可简化申请程序,较快的获得工作签证。但申请新西兰技术移民时,不能获得额外加分。


CISSL列表包括目前已在坎特伯雷技能短缺列表上的所有职业,以及即时紧缺职业列表上与建筑相关的职业。从12月17日起,原有的坎特伯雷职业清单将被废除。

查看新西兰CISSL基础设施职业短缺列表前,需要了解的问题有:


1. 学历要求:中国学历需在新西兰学历认证机构NZQF做学历认证,认证后的学历,需要与表格内的新西兰学历在同一级别。

2. 工作经验要求:凡是提到“ post-qualification work experience ”,均指获得相关学历后的工作经验,在未取得学历前的工作经验不算。


3. 特殊专业学位要求:


(1)凡是提到“Washington Accord accredited undergraduate engineering degree”,表示要求获得的工程学位必须是华盛顿协议认可的本科工程学位,并且这个学位必须是在中国成为华盛顿协议签约国之后颁发的。具体查询网址:ttp://www.ieagreements.org/Washington-Accord/Accredited.cfm
